Daily Tip of 1/7/15: Sleepy Head No More

As midterms are encroaching upon everyone it is crucial for all teenagers to make sleeping a priority! At least 8 hours because if you are living on 5-6hrs, your body is not receiving its proper rest to function throughout the day! I know I struggle with this problem (going to bed at 11:30 or later ...) BUT please this year make an effort to go to bed earlier bc I promise your academics, attention span, and overall mood will improve :)
